I saw my local dealer has a GT for 50k. So went there to check tradein value for my "22 premium AWD ext" trade in. They quoted 27k(I bought it for 57k, I got the 7.5k refund)
I felt sick and came back
The price went down for sure, no arguing there.
But from here on, the rate of decline will be very less. Its not like in another 2 years you car will be 20% worth of the initial price.
Cars depreciate more the first few years, then sort of stays there
Hey, it happened to me too few days ago, twice in the night. Sounded like a rock hitting the glass.
I was sure to see crack in the windshield, but nothing.
But it was a loud snap/bang. Scared the hell out of me and my friends.
Let's keep this thread updated for any new information.
Thanks for...
Yes, ford should work on implementing on demand pre-condition button in the app/car.
It clearly make the car lot more efficient.
Not everyone lives a robotic life where they can forecast departure time for the whole week.
I know a person who has this truck. I think it's pretty inefficient truck. Battery charge is mostly used to carry it's own weight. Winter range is terrible.
Because of the above reasons, charging it costs somewhat close to filling gas.
hm, I have the same make model(took delivery in Oct/2022)
Car has about 8000 miles on it. I did not go for servicing so far(will go at 10k mile)
Is mine impacted too, how/where can I check.
I do not see any warnings in the car or in the app
may be a little late for the question but better late than never.
I am Interested in the same wheels/tires for my premium. I don't know anything about modifications, just I hate the skinny tires on my premium. It feels odd.
Did you have to do anything else to install these ?
Like TPMS...
I think there is no coast Regen in whisper mode(unless you push the break)
But this is good thing. you use less energy to begin with(rather then lose energy for the Regen and put more energy to accelerate)
Here is one fix I did with 2x4 lumbar, for the truck floorboard in up position and support weight.
Why,
Because kids and me sit in the trunk when we go to airport viewing area and watch aeroplanes. I want the floor to be flat with the bumper.
It's not lying. It just doesn't know how will you drive now. If people drive on local roads (which is the most efficient), it predicts good estimate. Then if they switch and drive on freeway(which is least efficient) it will obviously not match the estimate.
You are better off trusting the...
Well there were many comments fords estimate is way too pessimistic and people bashing Ford on winter range loss (comparing to Tesla). I don't blame them
