My Bluetooth/PAAK stopped working a couple of weeks ago so I removed my MachE from my FordPass app, uninstalled, reinstalled the app, and then re-added the VIN back. This fixed the PAAK issue, but then I received this email:

Some additional strange behavior from my car I noticed during the final stretch home:
1) the clock suddenly switched time zones to GMT (4 hours behind my time zone)
2) bluecruise is unable to turn on the duration of the trip, even on Bluecruise roads. instead, I could only use the hands-on...
Thanks, i left it for 30 min, had the same error, then drove for 100 miles or so. Left it again for another hour and the error cleared and I was able to charge. I have a dealer appt tomorrow morning but now Iām not sure if they will find anything or if it resolved itself.
Thanks, I donāt feel like there is power loss but I did notice the slower charging at DCFC yesterday (I only charged once from 50-80%, the rest has been on CCS). I guess my main worry is that I wonāt be able to charge again. Earlier today, I turned the car on while still plugged in and a charge...
On a roadtrip 300+ miles from home and was charging at CCS. After charging, I turned on vehicle and this popped up. My dealer supposedly already did the HVBJB recall update a couple of weeks ago. Any thoughts? Safe to make stops on the way home?
Iāve been waiting for the OTA map update since Iāve had the car (April) and finally saw this today.
I still havenāt been able to get hands free though. I checked āabout syncā and it still says āhands free driving available through 14-03-2022ā. Anything else Iām missing?
Mine did as well for a few days. Even the dealer told me there were no active recalls when they looked up my VIN. I checked again yesterday though and it shows up on ford website now, so perhaps theyāre just rolling it out slowly.
I think I have the same issue. Kind of confusing because it tells me that Bluecruise is available and turns on, but the display shows hands on the steering wheel. Let me know once you get it resolved!
I totally feel you. The wait (and stress and frustration) is so worth it! Hope you get an update soon- if you made it out of KC it should take no longer than 2 weeks to be delivered to your dealer.
Iāve had the car for 2 weeks now, here are my thoughts/experience so far.

Have you had a chance to see if this fix works? I just got my car last week, it worked fine at first but then yesterday this error message started to pop up. Rear camera and sensors look good, and Iām also reversing on flat parking lots and still getting the error.
