Sorry to hear that. In Spain the same thing happens to us with fast chargers. There are very few and low speed charging 50kWh.

The less hoses, the less heat and therefore more efficiency. For me the biggest problem of the MME is its charge curve due to its bad cooling system. The MME should already have a battery pre-heating system like the Tesla. And also keep the charge stable above 120 kW up to 90% or 95%.
