Problem is getting worse for me lately. Now it’s affecting SXM stations. Same symptoms: four or five faint clicks and then silence. Now it doesn’t even recover quickly when I reselect the station.

The weatherstripping (trim parts) finally came in and our dealer was able to install them in a (full) day’s work. Our green car is now good to go!

So I managed to unknowingly splash my way through some wet road tar/oil on my way home from work one day, and I’ve got a bunch of hardened black tar splash marks hardened on the side of my car. Any tips on getting it off?

In case anyone is interested, they needed to perform a BECM reset to make the car happy. Figured I’d leave this here in case it’s easier to find for the next person to get a new HVBJB. :)

It turns out they were able to get their questions answered quickly by Ford, fixed the codes and the car is now ready to go. Looking forward to driving it again after a week of driving my suburban.

Apparently my HVBJB is replaced, but my car doesn’t want to clear its error codes, so the dealer is having to reach out to Ford engineering for help. With the full knowledge that the answer is probably back in the last 147 pages of this thread, and that the forum search kinda sucks for finding...
