Problem is getting worse for me lately. Now itās affecting SXM stations. Same symptoms: four or five faint clicks and then silence. Now it doesnāt even recover quickly when I reselect the station.
I have the same problem. 2025 MME GT
No error messages. It comes back immediately if I hit the station tile on the radio app. Otherwise it takes about 10 or 15 seconds. Sometimes it reports setting itself to FM channel 76, and then it doesnāt recover. Itās almost like whatever auto tuning...
FWIW, we finally got our weatherstripping replaced under warranty about a year after we bought it. No problems or water intrusion that we noticed in that time.
Ah, youāre right. Itās gone back to the old interface, not the new one. I was still sufficiently unfamiliar with the new interface that I missed that detail. Still, nice that it finally got fixed. I missed it, but I did get an extra day of a normally working interface with my 2025, so that...
This is hilarious. I just turned in my 21 GTPE on Saturday, having been looking forward to/given up hope for this UI bug being fixed for years.
Ah well, I picked up a new 25 GTPU on Monday night, and it has the same UI. Two days wasnāt quite long enough to start getting the shakes, but I didnāt...
No, sadly itās not me being slow to update. It seems to have just taken a long time to get the parts in. They had one sideās parts in relatively early, but it wasnāt until just a week ago that the other sideās parts arrived.
On the bright side, the damaged weatherstripping doesnāt appear to...
Iām at around 37,000 miles and the HVBJB on my ā21 GTPE has failed again. Gotta check to see if this is the second or third time around.
At least this time it failed to a Service Vehicle Soon warning, so I was able to drive back to SF Bay from Santa Barbara with my son. Bummer is we couldnāt...
Weāve recently bought another Mach E for my wife (2024 Premium in Eruption Green with bronze package āIām green with envy), but thereās one problem with it: the weatherstripping on the drivers side roof trim was shredded from day one. Our dealer acknowledged this as something covered under...
I just ran into this today myself. Iām doing a battery rebalance, so ran it down to 10% charge and am charging to 100% now. At the moment, Iām at 96%, and FordPass assures me that Iāve only put 54.8 kWh into it. My OBDLink thought my battery SOH was 90.5%, but if I believe the FordPass numbers...
Or I suppose I can just wait until the leases all start to come up on the affected models, since thereād probably be a bunch of money left on the table when Ford sells them on if they have the glitch and the other model years donāt.
I just read through this thread again after noting that my new ā24 premium Mach e doesnāt have the glitch, and hoping that Ford would have fixed it by now. Going by what one poster mentioned, that Ford said it doesnāt interfere with operating the car and is therefore normal, Iām assuming that...
So I managed to unknowingly splash my way through some wet road tar/oil on my way home from work one day, and Iāve got a bunch of hardened black tar splash marks hardened on the side of my car. Any tips on getting it off?
In case anyone is interested, they needed to perform a BECM reset to make the car happy. Figured Iād leave this here in case itās easier to find for the next person to get a new HVBJB. :)
It turns out they were able to get their questions answered quickly by Ford, fixed the codes and the car is now ready to go. Looking forward to driving it again after a week of driving my suburban.
Apparently my HVBJB is replaced, but my car doesnāt want to clear its error codes, so the dealer is having to reach out to Ford engineering for help. With the full knowledge that the answer is probably back in the last 147 pages of this thread, and that the forum search kinda sucks for finding...
