Can you also confirm what the Carplay dashboard looks like? That's the screen that shows the map and media at the same time. With the large tiles the Carplay dashboard had the map in a vertical format while when the tiles were small the map was a horizontal format. I prefer the vertical map...

Disappointed to lose Artist and Song while Carplay is on. Every car I owned had it in the main instrument cluster as an option for display. All this screen size and I can't see the song title without clicking a smaller tile? Such poor design.

I added a 3rd profile and then I was able to activate my original profile with all my settings. I reported the issue to Ford tech support.

I received the 3.5.3 update today. My profiles will not load. The seat position is correct but all other settings like drive mode and radio stations won’t load at all. It stays in guest mode even when changing to another preset profile.

I believe when you first setup Phone as a Key you needed to have your key fob with you. The software should associate the profile of that key with the phone key. Probably just a miss by Ford.

Yes, my key is tied to my profile. Every time I remote start (which I have been doing frequently due to the heat here in Atlanta) it won’t recognize my key/profile. It’s in Guest profile until I manually change it.
