Do you actually tap "Charge Window 1" and then set the time or just slide the clock?

Here is a photo of the screen I get and I can't choose the Charge Window options.

I can see the settings on the Sync screen under "Select Charging Times for Home" but "Charge Window 1" and "Charge Window 2 are greyed out and only "Charge Anytime" is active. I think something happened in the latest update to the car because I have not had this issue before.

Setting through Ford Pass didn't work for me either. Doesn't seem to communicate to the car.

I did try deleting Home location and re-setting it. I will try it following what you did and see if that works. Thank you for the suggestion.

We purchased our winter tires at Kal Tire and had them put on rims that we supplied. No issues even though they had never seen a Mach E. We gave them the information on where to lift the car. Much less expensive than purchasing a winter package through Ford.

Our dealer her in BC, Canada told us the fob was back ordered too. However, it arrived in 3 days after they placed the order.

Yes we did turn the motion sensors off in Settings. We currently have 1.6.1 and are stuck and not able to receive any OTA updates. Will be going to the dealer to have the TSB fix applied and hopefully that will allow us to receive updates.

MikeC we had the same problem on a ferry trip in BC, Canada. It seemed to be set off with the vibration of the ferry. We ended up staying in the car for the trip which was 2 hours not 6 as yours was.

Build Date December, 2020. Last update 1.6.1 and that was a long time ago. Car says up to date with no version given. Currently stuck, cannot turn Automatic Updates toggle on. Will be contacting the dealer to see if we can get the TSB applied to correct this.

Congrats on your MME. We travelled Vancouver Island to Kamloops last fall and found the Electrify Canada chargers to be a challenge. We never did get the chargers to start using our account. Had to call EC to get started. I agree the EC site locations could be sketchy at night (Hope)...
