Can't set preferred charge time

For some reason I can no longer set my preferred charge times on the Sync Charging screen(I can in FordPass but it doesn't communicate to the car). I have chosen HOME, set percentage of charge and when I go to the next screen to set charge times only "charge when plugged in" (not sure of actual words) is highlighted and I cannot chose to set preferred times. Last update was 4.2.2.

This problem has come after we were away and charged at a hotel charger.

Not sure what has happened. Appreciate anyone's thoughts. Thank you.

Have you tried deleting Home and recreating it? I had this happen before and I deleted my home location, plugged it into the charger for about 20mins, disconnected and went back into the car and re-set my home location and charging target. Hasn't been a problem since. If you haven't yet, I would recommend trying that out.

I did try deleting Home location and re-setting it. I will try it following what you did and see if that works. Thank you for the suggestion.

I couldn't even find where to set times in the car this morning. So I tried via FP. We'll see if I got lucky.

Depends what version of sync you are on either apps charging on the new UI or settings charging in the old. If it does not show in the car on sync sending it via Fordpass did not work.

Setting through Ford Pass didn't work for me either. Doesn't seem to communicate to the car.

Don't use Ford pass it's super buggy, set it in car.

That's my point though. I don't seem (or I've gone totally blind) to have a charge option. I was able to update my FFE via Sync3 earlier so i know I can at least read "Charging:" somewhere lol (Not too worried right now as it's 85% and happy)

I can see the settings on the Sync screen under "Select Charging Times for Home" but "Charge Window 1" and "Charge Window 2 are greyed out and only "Charge Anytime" is active. I think something happened in the latest update to the car because I have not had this issue before.

If you're on the new UI, the charge setting is accessed via the charging app on the home screen. Probably over to the left side. If you're on the new UI and don't have that, you might want to have the dealer or someone with FDRS to look at it as something is amiss.

Yes further complications trying to help as now they are located in different locations. I have no idea if the settings are still the same when booted into from the new UI. A pic is worth a thousand words do you have this screen tap edit and what happens?

It's now an "app", which is what's located on that screen.

Also confirmed FP doesn't talk to my car about this. So I wonder if the inability to set charge times is related to the inability to use the trip planner.
