charging curve

Hello all I have a level 2 Juicebox charger at home on capable of charging upto 32 amps. To preserve battery health is it better to trickle charge at 6 or 12 amps overnight when possible keep charging at 32 amps? Thoughts?

Noticed an article on improved heat transfer that NASA have used in space and its application to make charging faster with smaller parts. Maybe the next HVBJB could use some of this research. NASA Cooling Method Could Allow Super-Quick EV Charging (msn.com)
