a few winters ago i got caught on a steep hill and I had to be towed out via a chain. the only available space was underneath the vehicle. Lucky it worked and no damage. Is there an appropriate place on the MME GT to do this?

In this video I explain how to activate the Emergency Tow mode. Do not do it for recreational tow and stay within the limits described in the operator manual. The car has no front hook for towing.

It appears that there’s supposed to be a tow eyelet included with the Mach-E. I discovered under the inflation kit a cut out with the shape of one. I also see an access panel on the front bumper area. There’s no mention of it in the owners manual. Did your Mach-E come with one?
