“Mobile apps” is greyed out

Anyone knows how I get this working? I can’t slide it to on.

Have googled a lot but can’t find anything, Ford FAQs aren’t very helpful.

Want to see which apps are available, have a faint hope of Spotify being supported so I don’t have to use CarPlay..

There use to be some apps in the there, nothing useful though, and they got rid of them a several months ago. This may be something they may add back in the future.

I think that's something left over from Sync 3 that was never really implemented in Sync 4.

"Mobile apps" is grayed out in my SYNC too, but it was enabled before and the apps (i.e. FordPass, Radioplayer) were shown in SYNC. Is there a way to enable this function?

UPDATE: I connected my old mobile to SYNC and the "Mobile Apps" function is enabled again automatically. Connecting my new mobile the function is grayed out again.
It depends on the mobile SW, I have an up to date Android phone that might not be fully compatible with SYNC.
