I changed the filter myself, and you don’t have to do it until 20K miles. Go on YouTube and search for the Mustang Mach E cabin filter replacement.. It’s very easy.

The videos on Youtube are a goldmine. You may have to weed out some of the long winded ones. Most will walk you through every step, whether you are looking for changing filters or wiper-blades, etc.

I watch the long-winded ones at 2x playback speed. If something gets complicated, I can always slow it down.

I've got my 10k service coming up soon and I'll do my own cabin air filter. My biggest worry is that my small town Ford place won't put it up on the rack correctly and damage the battery.

I don't know. I look at a small town dealership as though it could go either way.
They very well could have a really good tech who has been with them for years and isn't going anywhere.

Seems like the big city dealerships have a hard time holding on to their best.
