I wasn’t aware that the recall affected standard range RWD select, I got the warning to reduce speed and it happened as soon as I accelerated and I checked if there was a recall and my vin is not listed for the recall

It's not impossible for an RWD/Standard Battery car to have an HVBJB problem, but it's a lot less likely than an AWD model with an extended battery. Have you pulled codes? Those are generic errors and it may be one of a dozen or more different things as the cause. ??

Yeah I have a RWD standard range and had to have my HVJB replaced in the fall of 2022. Don't go on any long drives. I was stranded out of town and had to be towed almost home. I hit the limit of the roadside assistance tow distance.
