I just had the 21P31 parking brake harness replaced on my 21 MME. My paperwork from the dealer clearly calls it a Recall. I also just had the windshield and pano roof reseal done and they were clearly called a safety recall. First time to the dealer in 2 yrs.

The simple statement "orange is a color" would likely have 9 interpretations on this forum, including at least one where someone debated whether color is the proper terminology, someone pointed out that orange isn't a primary color and at least one person explained how red and yellow are used to make orange...

We've been over this. Dealers call lots of things recalls that aren't. Check NHTSA if you care enough to see what are really recalls. Or don't.

You can use whatever words you want. But legally, a recall is a specific thing. And dealers shouldn't be claiming that Ford has issued a recall on something when they haven't.
