Additional Update on My F17 Plus Testing + Sample Driving Footage

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a quick follow-up to my original F17 Plus review now that I’ve gathered more footage and had another great experience with RedTiger’s support team.

After using the dashcam for a while, I felt that the included 128GB SD card was a bit small for a 4-channel setup, especially when recording at high resolution. I reached out to RedTiger with this feedback, and their support.


They arranged to send me a 256GB SD card, I received it a few days ago. This was a really pleasant surprise and a great example of how well @REDTIGER supports their customers.

Driving Footage in Various Conditions

Since my last post focused mostly on installation and initial impressions, I now want to share some real-world driving samples for anyone curious about how the F17 Plus performs day-to-day.

I included both good and challenging lighting situations, so the strengths and weaknesses of each camera are easy to see.

Overall Thoughts After Longer Use

After continuing to use the dashcam daily, my impressions remain mostly positive:

• The front camera still performs excellent in all conditions.
• The interior cameras remain clear day and night.
• The rear camera is decent during the day but could be better at night — though still usable for situational awareness.
• The bigger 256GB card makes a big difference for loop recording across four channels.
