Another Bay Area MME Sighting

On the way home today, I saw my first F150 Lightning in the wild in Redwood City. It was a blue one. I waved but I don't think he saw me. Additionally, I saw two MMEs (a grey-white Premium and a black GT), at whom I waved. ??

There is Space White Select I’ve been seeing almost daily in the rec centre parking lot I use to wait for my daughter after school. I finally saw him getting in the other day so stopped and said “Hey! Nice car!”. Man was he ever enthused to see another Mach-E. Spent about 15 minutes asking about the differences between his Select and my Premium. Kind of cool to see a retired couple rocking a Mach-E. Beats a mini van.

Also love how my 16 yr old daughter is into it. She was away at a swim meet over the weekend and I asked her if she saw any EVs - she said “yeah! I saw a black Mach-E GT!”.

I’m not sure how long it will last, but for now owning a Mach-E is a bit like being in the A/V Club. But maybe not quite as nerdy. Or maybe more…
