Hi. I have a 2023 MME GTPE. I received the CSP 23B50 letter from Ford a few months back, with their disclaimer that if anything happens to my car during charging before I get the CSP, it's my fault...
I was hoping that an OTA update would have taken care of things by now, as they implied that this could be one way for it to be sorted out... I'm past November 2023 OTA updates, I think... and the CSP is still showing in my FordPass app and site.
I'm trying to avoid having NYC Ford dealers take care of this with a service call due to logistics and bad service.
Is there any chance or situation that this will be handled OTA, has it been resolved for anyone here that way?
Or am I looking at a dreaded mandatory dealer service visi to resolve this?
