I bought from Bill Brandt Ford in Brentwood. It's an hour and change drive each way. My sister has work in Brentwood next month, so she decided to get work done and the recalls on her car at the same time. I absolutely hate the closest dealer to my home (Putnam) and the next closest one is the one that lied to my sister (and also silently threw so many add-ons onto my Fusion when I bought it that it jacked a $37K car up over $50K). I never tried any other Ford dealers. ?‍♂?
Did you have glass recalls or just software to be done?

I don’t have the glass recall. I guess being postponed several times worked out in my favor from that perspective. ??

The software I did myself using FDRS licensed and equipment that @DevSecOps and @scoopman owned. ??

My sister has a couple of recent open recalls on her Fusion Energi. Your dealership had open time slots for her to get those done when she’s going to be in Brentwood next month. ?? The dealership near where I work lied to her and told her parts were not available. ?? At least I am assuming parts are available since she told the person who scheduled her service the recall numbers. ?‍♂?

Autonation Ford of Littleton does not even answer their phone. A few weeks ago I called to schedule service for S&G put the phone on speaker, plugged it in, and gave up at 2:11 minutes. Not even any decent music on hold just a soul-crushing advertising loop.
Last time I got in to Autonation, it took an in person visit to do so. After my car sat on their lot for a week, they called me to tell me that their "EV guy" quit.

This was about 4 months ago, but let me know if you find someone. I need my 21p22 and my 10k tire rotation done.

Ours had the glass recalls and they refused to do them. Blaming the amount Ford has budgeted for the glass company that it would end up costing them money. I waited for months and months, even being an employee they still refused.

So now we will use Walnut Creek Ford from now on. They got it in within a few weeks, windshield broke and replaced within 10 days. I do not plan to do anymore warranty work/recalls here. Its really sad.

Also ours is back in for another HVJB replacement, (second one) at Walnut Creek as well. They took it in same day and ordered parts within 2 days. Excellent customer service and they provided a rental right up front both times, recalls and this break down.

Good to know. I’ll keep you posted on how my sister’s recall service goes. ??

Yes, just keep WC Ford in mind if you need a HVJB in the future. Seems eventually they are all going to need replacement. We are at 43k miles currently, hoping the updated part fixes this issue.
