APP Not Showing data correct.

I searched the forum but not found relevant info.
My car is currently on charge but the app is not showing that it is on charge. Also not showing current location. The app permissions are set to allow location all the time, phone connected to car etc... also app is up to date.
Anyone else had this issue?

I had this issue once, and the car refused to update its info for days. The fix was to turn off connected services in the car and turn it back on.
