Application Drawer

Just tried to open the application drawer, as the manual calls it, and when I tap the little Mach-E that mine has, instead of the six dots, it changes to an x in a circle but nothing changes on the screen. The application drawer doesn't open and when I tap the x it changes back to the Mach-E icon. This is the first time I've tried this since getting my car back after all the updates were done at the dealership. Am I doing something wrong or was something changed that I'm unaware of? I was trying to look at the owners manual to decode an icon showing on my Trips screen. The battery symbol for the kWh per hour for the trip had a circle with a slash on it and I was trying to find out what that meant. Ant ideas? Thanks.

The circle with the slash means average.
I don't have an answer for the app drawer, other than maybe try a Sync reboot.

Thanks, after some searching, I found the threads about the symbol, still no joy on getting the app drawer to open. Turned off personalizations so the button with the six dots was there but got the same no-response. I'll try a reboot, trying to avoid doing a master reset.

Sync reboot got it done, don't know why I didn't try that first. Carry on....................
