Today while driving through downtown Dearborn, I saw another Mach-E ... but what caught my eye was the badging. On the rear lift-gate it had the pony badge ... and just below the pony, another badge labeled "Mach-E".

I thought the owner had a custom badge made ... until I noticed it had manufacturer plates.

I wish I had time to snap a photo but it turned down another street before I had the chance.

We do get some different cars in Dearborn -- just because we see it on the street doesn't mean it will make it to production that way. So I'm not sure if this is a model year change or not. I guess we'll find out in a few months when the 2023 deliveries start.

Sounds like they somehow got the CN market liftgate badge. Personally, I want the CN market GT door badges. I wonder if either will be a 2023 addition? ??

Did it look like the same dimensions as our side door Mach-E badges?

Yeah I kinda like the Chinese badge setup better than ours. Especially for the GT.

GT shouldn’t look like the regular ones from the side.

The back on the CN GT says “GT” where ours does. It also says “Mach-E” just under that. Too much in back, but I want the door emblems. ??

I am not a fan but I love seeing folks customizing their vehicles. Here is my little GT without the side badges. I did look at a few custom badges for the back but nothing that I loved.
