Car has been at the dealer for a week now. Issue has been escalated to the point where they are now waiting for Ford to send a regional tech to the dealer.
Issue is Bluecruise would work intermittently. I would use blue cruise everyday on my work commute. I would occasionally get an error "driver camera fault see manual" and then followed by "blue cruise not available". Eventually, blue cruise just stopped working all together.
Took it too the dealer and the though it could be a problem with the module so they ordered one and i came back for install. During install, they had issued updating the module. I guess there was a conflict where when connecting to the module it says it needs updating but when using the computer, it says its already updated. Not really sure how the tech stuff goes but seeing if anyone who works closely with ford has maybe heard of an issue like this? it seems the tech needs some help.
