I know blue cruise has been discussed extensively but I am a new Mach e user. When I bought the car Blue Cruise was mentioned on the paper from the dealer however; I do not have blue cruise. I believe there is an update from the dealer that I can get. Does anyone know what the cost would be for this update? I bought a reacquired Mach e premium for a significant discount and I am in love!

Tell the dealer to apply CSP 21G01. There shouldn’t be any cost.

Before you do anything, make sure the car has the equipment required. In the picture below, see the screen between the 2 arrows. If you have that, you can get BC. If you don't have it, you can't, and no update from anyone will provide it.
