My dealership emailed me these codes from my mach e. They want 220 just to diagnosis what the codes mean and how to fix them. Is someone able to understand these codes and tell me what they mean? Also, 220 seems like a lot to not actually do any work on the vehicle itself.

With the exception of the BCM code for the tire pressure sensor, every single one of those codes is a stored code and not an active fault.

Is your car having any issues with lane centering, bluecruise, or any of the driver assist features?

You've posted your VIN before. Those codes first got reported to the cloud on 5/6 immediately after an OBCC OTA update installed. Even then, they were reported as stored codes. There is nothing wrong with your car as far as I can see. If your car is not having any issues related to the driver assist, keep your $220 in your pocket and tell your service advisor that if he/she likes to go fishing, to head east to the ocean.

No problems aside from a tire pressure sensor fault. I think the sensor needs to be replaced. But the advisor is saying all these other codes are also things tbat need to be addressed.

Nope, just fix the TPMS sensor, rest are typical codes not of concern from the OTA.

They already know what those codes mean. They just want $200 from you so they can magically find something to "FIX" and charge you big bucks. Just a scare tactic!
