Car Play keeps reconnecting etc

My Apple CarPlay started getting flaky yesterday. It did this with both the wireless and wired connections. I rebooted my phone. Shut the MachE off/on etc and it still did it. But a few hours later, it seemed to be stable again.

Any thoughts?

My car play glitches with a program called tiger text. It’s for hospital communication.
when I throw it my car play works normal.
may it’s a program you are using. I’m not tech savvy so good luck. iPhone 12 user
