CarPlay Iphone No Volume

My 23 does this maybe a few times a month. Clicking WiFi on and off on the iPhone solves it.

This is the what I do too. The symptoms: Connected. Maps work but No sound. Just started happening to me once iOS 18.4 update which reportedly resolved this for others. Go figure. Going to try iOS 18.5 Beta 3
