Charge Issue

Appreciate it probably cant be diagnosed on here but worth a shot.
We have plug and play Project EV charger in one of our building site compounds (mains connected) and others use it for their EVs with no issues, no app required, permissions etc.
Every time I try and charge the charger flashes green which (I’ve looked up) suggests a full charge/ charge complete, but the FordPass app says “charge station paused”. The software is up to date and I’m at a total loss!! Is the car rejecting the charge?

Do you have a preferred time setup in FordPass? Is it just with this charger?

No, nothing set up, no max charge percentage or schedules! Works fine with POD points at work albeit you need to “commence charge” with their app. Works fine at home with a Zappi, essentially plug and play..

Perhaps there is a bad connection in the cable somewhere?

It's possible the pilot signal being produced by the EVSE is out of spec in some way.
