Charging concern

Looking for some help, whilst charging the blue charge port indicator light will flash to indicate charging and without reason will cut out for approx 5 secs then resume again. There are no fault codes present and will charge without any problem when using a 3 phase 11kw charger.

You might want to provide details:

Charging location (home, DCFC, etc.)
Charger brand / model
Amps used?
Hardwired?
How long have been using the same charger?
Has it always done this?
Anything changed since it last worked right (if ever)
Does it cycle on/off or does it work ok after the first cycle?
Can you duplicate this at another charging station?
