Click sound on acceleration

Literally one click sound when I accelerate usually from a stop or from a slow roll. It's like something is switching but I can hear it. If I'm slow and accelerate and let go of acceleration I hear it click each time I do so. I can hear it in the cabin and outside if window down . Brand new basically mme
