Apologies if this has already been addressed......What is the most appropriate way to give good, constructive criticism back to Ford to help them iron out small/moderate issues? Almost all are related to software. I know some of you indicate that Ford "watches the forum", but something more direct?

you could call the customer support line, that's probably the most "official" way to do it. no way to know if your feedback will get through or not though

Your best option is to become a regular at your service dept. That actually costs Ford money. The phone line won’t do jack.

Tbh, I wouldn’t count on the service dept to do anything with a software issue except send you on your way as quickly as possible. You likely aren’t going to make it past the service writer unless the car is broken.
