CSP 22p31 in one CA dealership

First of all, I don't know if I can post the name of the dealership. and I'm in los angeles area

I bought the 2021 ford mustang mach e as a used car, and the car is out of warranty. This car had 1 recall 23s56 and 2 csp 22p31 23b12

We dropped off the car on 12/09/2024 without any dash light on. They wanted us to pick up the car on 12/18/2024, When I got into the car, all lights are on(esp light, abs light, pre collision light, hill start light, lane keeping light), They said the car was dropped off like that. I cannot pickup the car at that day. They checked on the car on 12/19/2024, they said they do some abs update for free and light are gone.

1, they were trying to charge me 600$ for programming lane keeping and pre collision things
2,They kept saying the car was dropped with codes
3,They did their work wrong without put the white retaining clip on the electronic park brake connector.

Please guys, check your white retaining clip for your electronic park brake connector. I think they may forgot it on your car too.

I have all photos about that.
