Power-Up 4.1.2 broke the owner's manual in the touchscreen back in late January for some 2022 vehicles. Power-Up 4.2.2 released in early March fixed the issue. Most people have gotten that update by now, but Ford estimates there are 89 vehicles remaining that still have this issue. The dealer will check if the digital owner's manual is present, and if not update the GWM and APIM modules to latest.
Owner letters will be mailed out Oct 9th.
Error message upon opening manual:
If you do not have a working digital owner's manual, I strongly recommend you get this fixed at the dealer because it also means you are behind on updates.
