Has anyone had their USB quit working? My dealer replaced mine and they still couldn't get it to work. They said the original one didn't have an error code and the new one did. I don't know the error code.

Best advice is to just keep on top of the dealer. I had my Bluetooth go and it ended up needing a new APIM. Covered under warranty

I agree, but they don't fill me with confidence. They removed the first USB with a screw driver and left pry marks in my dash.

Uph yeah if they left permanent damage have them replace that piece. When they replaced my APIM the tech actually left a scratch on my screen. They're replacing it on Wednesday
