There are so many dealer complaints in this forum I thought I would send a shout out to Liberty Ford in NE Ohio. I placed a reservation through the site with them in April. With no production date in site, I decided to buy a demo from another dealer. I reached out to them to see if they would refund my deposit money if I left the order open (or at least give me a credit toward service on my other Fords). With no strings attached, they sent me back my $500 within days - no grief, no let me ask the manager, no nothing. Ironically, the day my refund arrived, I finally got a production date so if you are looking for a silver, AWD, Ext range battery in NE OH, call Liberty Ford in Aurora. Production date week of 9/26.

While on the subject of dealer shout outs here's another. Pleasant from start to finish ordered at dealership 2/22. Picked her up 7/17. No problems accepting X Plan, knowledgeable about Ford Options and no attempt at ADM! Thanks Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel Florida for an all around smooth deal.

There are some good ones out there! SilTerHar Motors in Broomfield, CO was easy to work with, gave me as many updates as they could (based on the info they received), and were knowledgeable about the car. When I came to pick up the car it was detailed, fully charged, and the entire process including closing with Ford Options took about 1.5 hours. That included them programming a 2nd Fob I had bought on ebay (charged $90 to program - I probably could have pushed harder and gotten it for free but I didn't bother, and they did it while we closed financing so it was very convenient). No mistakes, hard sells or other bullshit.

If your dealer is giving you crap - move on - there are easier companies out there to deal with.

This is so good to hear, I just jumped on a canceled order at Parks Ford Wesley Chapel and plan to do X-plan with Ford Options, and was worried I was gonna have to teach them about it. Anything else they were awesome about it or something I should look out for?

Good to know. I wanted to test drive a Mach E and Rodeo Ford was the only dealer showing one in stock. It was a select with a standard range battery. As soon as I drove it I knew I wanted one so I ordered a GTPE through them. They were very helpful with the test drive and order process thus far. Peoria Ford is closest to me but their reputation is horrible.

I'm in Seminole near St. Pete. And yeah, whenever I get an interest in something I always tend to know more than the person selling it. Just want to be sure they are fair on pricing and don't jerk me around that way, which sounds like they didn't with you?

Weikert Ford allowed me and my Wife to put 1500 miles on their demo MME while we waited for our order to come in! We ended up buying her car at another dealer but the car she ordered back in April should be arriving soon!

I've had the other problem. LaBelle FORD in Florida, my local dealer, took my order in August, absolutely no feed back till I kept on calling. After 2 months I cancelled the order as they finally said they would upcharge me $5,000 on my order. I tried to change the dealer but FORD in in Detroit said it was too late to change. I told Ford that I would cancel the LaBelle FORD order and was told they'd get my money back in 7-10 days. It's been over 2 months, many calls and emails. No Money back. Guess I'll have to exert some force. However, placed an order with SAM GALLOWAY FORD in Ft. Myers, FL because they would sell me the MME at MSRP and no hassle. They have been great.
