Does anyone have contact info for Ford BEV?

If anyone has successfully been able to work with a BEV/Mach-E specialist within Ford, could you provide the contact info for them? I am at my wits end dealing with Ford corporate, no one knows anything about the Mach-E and it is infuriating. Does the BEV division have an email address phone number?

You and I connected a few months ago about a repair, I was curious about turn around times. At this point the part we are waiting on for my car is one of the brackets that holds the Assisted Parking sensors in place. There is no ETA on this part, it is back ordered to infinity and beyond. I am trying to get my body shop to reassemble the car sans parking sensor, but have gotten pushback because it is "a safety feature". It'd be nice if the Ford BEV division could corroborate this, because to me that feature is a "convenience" one and is certainly not necessary (I don't even use it). If they can tell my dealer that it is not necessary for reassembly, I can get my car back, while waiting for the part to come in for installation at a later date.

I find it interesting that the 2022 models are shipping without the Assistive Park functions, and here I am waiting for a part that has to do with that feature....

Yes, I reached out to them a bit ago but was trying to be proactive about it. I feel like I have seen a few posts in the forum about people working with Ford BEV directly, so that's why I was curious.
