The tech that did mobile recalls on my F150 and MME kept complaining about how he was supposed to do a mobile service about 40 miles away that day and it was getting late. He said he was going to have to cancel that next stop and do it the next day. I didn't feel it would have been appropriate to ask him to check for more updates since he was having a bad day.Here's a good one: my dealer's guy came out to do mobile updates on my '25 F-150, saw the MME and said "Hey, grab your key and let me check it, too, and I'll do updates on it if needed" (they were). That's the kind of service we should all be getting, I think!![]()
