Does this deal seem good, not aure about the numbers

I choose ford payment plant option 48 months, 10k miles per year and 4k down. They are giving me paymeent of $687.00 per month and final ballon payment of $17,189.30.
Not sure if this is right because putting same numbers on other calculators guve me a payment of 630.00

The higher payment equates to 5%, the lower 2.81%, I believe
