Driver's side unlock button

I'm thinking I have a defective part, but I figured I'd ask if anyone has some advise.

The unlock button on my driver's side door doesn't do anything. Im stuck reaching over to the passengers side to unlock the car for people (reminiscent of the "good old days" of manual locks.) I've got a '21 standard range RWD.

Anyone else ran into this? I'm thinking it will probably have to be a warranty repair.

Update: Put this in the wrong forum and can't figure out how to move/erase!

If you can’t unlock the drivers door from outside when car is locked but can from the other doors there is a software update your car may need.

Thank you for the quick response! I should have mentioned, I am having an issue with the button on the inside. I read through and it looks like maybe this is the same issue though.
