Washington Drivers side wheel opening molding

I was on the ferry a little while back and while parked a person scraped my car. It scratched the paint on the wheel molding over most of the length. I got an insurance settlement but I’m thinking of doing the job myself. I looked up the parts but can’t tell from the part number if it’s pre painted. Is there some way of determining this?
