E-Heat on When AC Is On

Noticed in the last week or so E-Heat is on when running the AC. It may have always worked like this, but I have never noticed it. Since the winter, I was very focused on not using E-Heat, so I would go into Climate and make sure it was off. Now I'm scratching my head. Is this normal?

The E-Heat light just means that it isn’t disabled. It doesn’t mean that it’s actually heating.
