EA Balance

Hi Everyone, my car came with 250kwh free EA charging. I used about 50kwh and my balance is down to 120kwh. Anyone else experiencing similar? Any remedy?

Did you have to register for the free charging and somehow link your car with EA to monitor the free charging? I think my '23 came with free charging, but since I bought my car from another state and had it shipped to me, I didn't really have much explained to me from the dealer about it.

Yes I had a similar issue and posted here with no response. https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/missing-blue-oval-charge-credits.27919/ I was at 140kWh or so, used 10 and then suddenly was at 90 remaining. I have no idea how to resolve it. I tried calling ford a couple times but couldn't make it through the phone tree gauntlet. I had an issue early on where I was charged cash as well as the credits at a charger and that was similarly nearly impossible to get fixed. If you find resolution please post it here.
