Experience with Intelligent Octopus for EVs

Hello - time for me to renew my retail energy plan - Looks like Intelligent Octopus has decent rates for people with EVs. They support the Mach-e. Does anyone here in Texas have IO, and can share their experience, positive or negative? The control software runs on the app/car, no smart charger required. Thanks for your sharing.

In reading their info on the EV it seemed like if I took my car somewhere else for a couple days then they would jump me up to a higher rate. Seems a bit like a pain in the ass.

I would love to hear opinions of others who have experience.
