Exterior Shutdown Lights

My 2021 Mach-e Prem recently started keeping the exterior shutdown lights (head & tail) on for at least five mins (or longer). I’m assuming an OTA update flipped a switch. I’ve searched but cannot determine where the setting is to change the duration. Any assistance would be appreciated! Thank you

Just a guess:
I'd try having the car running and turn the lights off. Then on Then off and turning the car off.
Sometimes computers just need a reboot.
