Finding replacement factory parts (headlights)?

Hey, folks is anybody out there know where to get a 2021 Mach E headlight. Ford has been back ordered on these parts for two months and there doesn't seem to be any get-well date.

I saw some on Ebay. Reminds me of when they could not get a fuel door pocket for my 2006 Taurus Wagon. I had to buy a used one for the body shop......
