Ford 24/7 Live Support - Does It Even Exist?

I signed up for Ford 24/7 live support a couple months ago. I was supposed to get a confirmation text within 2 days. Never received it, so I emailed Ford to let them know, which is what they suggest on the Live Support page. Never got a response to my email. Here I sit, broken hearted . . . I think a better description is Ford 00/0 Live Support.

I purchased right before the power promise came out (9/20). I could not get the power promise activated (not the cash back or free charger part but the 24/7 support) and could not get it to work. I called the number that was in Patrick/Liv’s Mach-E Club of America’s November newsletter (1-800-392-3673 (FORD)) and was on the phone with them for 45 minutes as they tried various things to get my account provisioned. Eventually they opened a support case for me. I think it’s been two weeks. I got a call yesterday from Ford letting me know they are still working on it and will get back to me when they know more. I was pretty encouraged by the fact that they actually had a human call me.
