I think that deep down, we all fear something like this can and will happen to our ordered cars, but here is the story of a new Bronco owner whose car was totaled in shipment to the dealer and is likely looking at a wait until next summer for a replacement. This is a PR nightmare and something a leader at Ford could remedy with a single phone call. Let's see what happens.

That’s terrible. I messaged the Ford rep on this forum who put me in touch with the SUV team to track mine. They said something may have happened and my Mach-e might have needed to go back to the factory.

I replied “so your saying my Mach-E may have gone back to Mexico?” to which he replied that they aren’t made in Mexico. I responded that they are made in Mexico and realized this rep couldn’t offer me any valuable information.

I just hope not to get a picture like that of mine.
