Ford Email Updates?

I've signed up for Ford's updates on the Mach-E something close to a zillion times. I've received exactly nothing. Ever. Do you guys get anything?

It's very coarse tracking i.e. I've been waiting a month and a half since SHIPPED without a new email for DELIVERY. By calling Ford Service I've seen it move to Laredo, Kansas City, Argentine, go missing, then show up assigned to a railcar. I call Service now on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for new updates, (800) 392-3673.
