Ford Pass not connecting

Is anyone else having trouble connecting to their car in Ford Pass? I've had short term issues (a couple of hours) in the past occasionally but it hasn't worked since Friday and I'm starting to wonder if there is something wrong with my car or if Ford is having a problem.

Same was happening with me and I restarted my phone and all was good.

DOH!! I just restarted phone and that worked as well.

Better than the $3600 for a new modem/module just quoted to me by a Ford Service Dept.
