My FordPass and my wife’s are not getting synced with the car since today .The car is connected to the charger and charging but the sync between the phone and the car is not working .Any suggestions?

Mine hasn't updated the location for over a week now. This seemed to start when I got the 10.1.1 software update. Maybe all these issues are related....?

My FordPass and Ford account seem to be frozen. They say the vehicle is "on" when it isn’t, they give incorrect battery status, won’t indicate that when it’s charging (when I can see that it is), the odometer is off/frozen, etc.

It’s as if my MMe was froze in time from at least a week ago.

Mine is also frozen on both my wife's phone and mine, both iphones.

this is an issue, We have no way to adjust the Max charging limit at home to 100% if we need it (which we do at least once a week).

I've tried

- Pulling the 5amp fuse (for 10min or so) under the passenger side kick plate
- rebooting both phones
- rebooting the main screen (next track+Vol down)

Next is unplugging the 12v..

**Edit**

disconnecting the 12v fixed it.

clearly that 5amp fuse is not the right module that needs to be reset.
