Ford Pass Issue

My Ford Pass app doesn’t seem to know what date or time it is and it is causing me issues.. For instance it is on my home 7kw charger now and it says it will be done charging at 6 am Tuesday, today is Wednesday. Should be done charging by 6 pm today. It is scheduled to start charging at 10 pm on weekdays and it never started last night so now I have no juice - any thoughts?

Good morning, I would like to take a look into your ford pass issue further on my end. Could you please send us a message with your VIN and estimated mileage?

Your car controls charging and FP communicates with your Mach. If FP is indicating incorrect dates I would suggest reinstalling the app. Certainly seems like a glitch there. But I would also go out and check the settings in the car. They are what actually control charging (assuming you also have not also programmed your EVSE.)

AKgrampy you are my hero! So simple and disgusted that I didn't figure that out for myself. Somehow the time in my car got switched from AM to PM, not sure how as I have never been in that screen? Maybe from the last update, seems to be when it started happening. Regardless, I am back in business so thank you again!

One last comment - if FP is set incorrectly it will override settings in your car. So double check that too!

sometimes ota updates change sync 4 settings. I recall one changed my clock from "auto" took me a while to figure out why my phone and car didn't have teh same time anymore
