Fordpass Pro

Thought I would try Fordpass Pro. Installed, logged on and followed setup, all good until the end where it says connect to an app, in this case Fordpass Pro and I get the message 'you've hit a roadblock' 'the page you're looking for doesn't exist'.
Looks like I got it wrong again, can anyone put me on the right road ?

That’s a bit odd - it works just like the regular FordPass app. You just download it, log in with your Ford account, and away you go.

Ford have had some server issues recently - maybe try deleting the app and starting again might help.

Deleted, reinstalled, get to pairing the app with the wallbox and this comes up

Ah - you didn't mention the wall box bit was where you were having issues LOL

So the issue is with the setup process in the extra app it tells you to download rather than FordPass Pro itself?

(Appreciate these screenshots are Apple iOS and you are using Android) - my ability to help out here may be limited as I don’t have a Ford Wallbox

I'm logged in to Fordpass Pro as directed, go back to setup, pair up OK, when try to connect to app that screen comes up.
